General

Very warm reminder: Please read the terms and conditions before placing your order, and only proceed to purchase if you agree to the T&C stated.

• We reserve the right to add or withdraw any product at any point of time, as well as to amend any prices and billing methods without prior notice, effective immediately upon posting on the website or email.
• All prices shown in website are not inclusive of delivery charges. Please be reminded that the net weight given for each product is excluding packaging, actual weight of your order might slightly higher (however, we will absorb the exceeded packaging weight, and shall not affect your delivery charges).
• We will be using only Register Mail, Parcel or Poslaju as our delivery service. Goods shall be received within 1-3 working days (Malaysia) or 10-15 working days (overseas) upon delivery, unless interrupted by unforeseen circumstances. If you would like to view the status of your goods’ shipment, you may contact Pos Office at 1300-300-300 or visit www.pos.com.my. Please be reminded that you are bound to pay the delivery charges and additional charges that may incur if the address is incomplete or incorrect.
• Please check parcel before signing, if parcel’s packing is damaged, please refuse to receive it. www.e-phamax.com shall not be accountable for any delay, lost or damages of goods during its state of delivery. Review your order list and check if we have correctly sent you the items, otherwise please refer to our Return Policy and report to us within 48 hour.
• All items are brand new, therefore goods sold are not exchangeable or refundable as they are inspected twice for no prominent defects before packing. Please read our Return Policy for other details, full amount will be refunded if the item is out of stock.

Acceptance of orders

To purchase any goods on our website, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and must be a natural person. We accept all orders for products subject to stock’s availability and certain security checks. The Order Number that we provide you indicates our confirmation of your order, and it brings into existence a legally binding agreement between us.

Please make sure that you have checked carefully for the items selected and at the same time provide us with your correct particulars. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be changed. However, you can notify us as soon as possible if you would like to make changes on mailing address. As long as your order has not been delivered, we will help you make the changes that you might need. If you wish to increase the quantity, just notify us and place a new order, we can wait for your new orders and send you the goods together so that you can minimize your delivery cost.

www.e-phamax.com has the right to cancel any order that you have made in the event that: the item is permanently unavailable; if you are unable to comply with our Terms and Conditions; failed our validation or security checks; or fail to make payment within given time. In the event that your order has been cancelled, your previously selected item(s) will be treated as available stock for sale. If you wish to purchase again, you will need to place a new order.

Payment

Please proceed to payment immediately once you have placed your order, otherwise the order will be cancelled after 3 days without prior notice. We only accept payment via PayPal or Bank to Bank Transfer. Please note that your credit card issuer agreement governs your use of your designated card, and you must refer to that agreement and not this Terms and Condition to determine your rights and liabilities as a cardholder. You, and not www.e-phamax.com, are responsible for paying any unauthorized amounts billed to your credit card by a third party.

Return Policy

1. All returns must be pre-authorized. Please notify us via email, stating your particulars, contact information, Order Number, and reasons of return. Upon acceptance of your request, we will confirm you the return instructions and the return address. We will make refund upon receipt of returned goods (if applicable), and notify you via email regarding the fund return status.
2. Full refund is possible only if an item is permanently unavailable. If payment has been made while we have no stock available, you may
   (i) request for an alternative product that is of equivalent value;
   (ii) claim for a full refund (including delivery charges), through the same payment mode that you have done your payment to us i.e. PayPal or your bank account.
3. Return of goods is possible only if we have sent you incorrect item. If a return is caused due to an error on our part, please contact us and we will replace the correct item to you. However, please leave the product in its original packaging.
   – All returns must be pre-authorized. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded and you will be responsible for all the costs and loss incurred.
   – All return requests must be made within 48 hours and goods must be received by us within 14 days (Malaysia) and 30 days (Overseas) upon our confirmation of return, plus in its unworn/unused (i.e. original) condition, otherwise the request will not be accepted.
   – All returned items will be examined once they have been received. Any unqualified return(s) will be subjected to a repackaging fee, or returned to you at your expense. www.e-phamax.com is not liable for any lost or damages on goods that occur during the process of delivery.
4. In the event that your goods have been returned to us due to your incorrect address or unattended receipt, you shall be responsible for all the shipping fees incurred. A handling fee will be charged for re-sending your goods and the other delivery terms and conditions remain. If you do not wish your goods to be returned to you, we will treat your returned parcel as a return request and only partial refund will be made, comply with our return policy. Therefore to avoid unnecessary loss of time and money, please provide us with your correct order information.

Return Tips:

1. In order to help us process your return efficiently, please return all items in their original packaging; carefully and securely pack the return parcel.
2. For your protection, we recommend that you use Register Mail, Parcel or Poslaju for return shipment, as they provide shipping tracking information.
3. Please remember to indicate your particulars, the Order Number and the reason of return on a separate piece of paper.
4. All returned items will be examined once received and you will be informed by email if your return has been qualified.
5. Credit card companies vary in the time they take to reflect a credit to your account or monthly statement. Please allow 1 – 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement (if any).

www.e-phamax.com reserves the right to change all return policy without further notice. Should there be any disputes on the order, our decision shall be final.

Disclaimers

We assure that all order details and your personal information that collected will only be used for satisfying our obligations to fulfill your needs, but unless we have been negligent. We will not be liable for any losses you may suffer as a result of unauthorized access by a third party to the information transmitted by you when ordering products from our online store.

All media, software, text, images, graphics, user interfaces, music, videos, photographs, trademarks, logos, artwork and other content on this website, including but not limited to the design, selection, arrangement, and coordination is owned or licensed by or to www.e-phamax.com, and is protected by copyright, trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights laws.
