Order Procedure
e-Phamax online order step
Simply browse in our e-Phamax store, click “Add To Cart” (green button) if you would like to place an order. Select the item and quantity from the dropdown list provided, click “Add To Cart” (red button) again to include the items in your shopping cart.
You may review or alter your selection on “Shopping Cart” page. Press “Continue Shopping” to include more products. Take your time for your shopping at e-Phamax and freely choose all that you want before you proceed to the next step! Proceed to “Checkout” once you have confirmed your selection.
Fill in your particulars and shipping address, as well as select your payment mode. We accept: (1) PayPal – which accept Credit Card / Debit Card / PayPal Balance. (2) Bank to Bank Transfer –Maybank account transfer for Malaysian only. Then click “Proceed To Confirmation”.
Please make sure that you have given all necessary information that is correct and updated (including contact information, email address, shipping address, quantity intended and so on), as a confirmed order is not changeable or cancellable. If you have done your final check and can confirm your order, click “Proceed To Checkout”.
Step 5 (Payment):
(i) If you select PayPal, you will immediately be redirected to PayPal payment gateway to complete your payment which accept Credit Card / Debit Card / PayPal Balance; If you do not have a PayPal account, you will automatically get one once you completed the payment through the given pathway. It’s absolutely simply, easy and safe!!!
(ii) If you select Bank to Bank Transfer, please following the payment instruction email that is sent to you via email if you have chosen to use Bank to Bank Transfer (please see "Payments Accepted" for further details).
Done! You will be receiving another confirmation email regarding your order if your transaction is successful. Your order will be proceed within 48 hours and you will be receiving your easy pha-max items in a few days!
Payments Accepted:
Follow the order instructions above, you will be directed step by step to place order as well as to make your payment. You can choose either one of the below as your payment mode:
1) Through PayPal account – which accept Credit Card / Debit Card / PayPal Balance; Follow the instruction shown page by page on your computer screen, you will be directed to our PayPal payment gateway.
We highly recommend you to use PayPal as it’s absolutely simply, easy and tremendously safe! If you do not have PayPal account, you will automatically get one once you completed the payment through the given pathway.
2) Using Bank to Bank Transfer (for Malaysian only) – which you can do Online Transfer/ ATM Transfer / Cash Deposit /Cheque deposit and so on into our account. Please note that our account number will only be given to you via email when you have confirmed your order. Please transfer the exact amount to our bank account provided in the said email. If you are making payment using Cash Deposit Machine, the machine will not accept RM1 or RM5. If, for example you need to pay us RM28.90, please round up to RM30 and bank in to us, we will refund you later.
Bank Transfer Note: Once payment is done, please send us an email of notification stating your Payment Date, Bank transaction number, Total Amount paid, and Order Number. Once verified, you will be receiving confirmation email from us and your order will be proceed within 48 hours.
Delivery
We will be using only Poslaju (for Malaysia), Register Mail or Parcel (for Overseas) as our delivery service. Goods shall be received within 1-3 working days (Malaysia) or 10-15 working days (overseas) upon delivery, unless interrupted by unforeseen circumstances.
Once we have sent out the goods, you will be provided a Tracking Number. If you would like to view the status of your goods’ shipment, you may contact Pos Office at 1300-300-300 or visit www.pos.com.my.
Please check parcel when you receive it. Review your order list and check if we have correctly sent you the items, otherwise please refer to our Return Policy and report to us within 48 hour. e-Phamax shall not be accountable for any delay, lost or damages of goods during its state of delivery.
Note: All prices shown in website are not inclusive of delivery charges. Please be reminded that you are bound to pay the delivery charges. You may also find that the more you buy the cheaper it is you need to pay for your delivery charge!
